Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026.
This policy covers this website and nothing else. Reading these pages, and writing to us, is the whole of what it describes.
Our products hold data of their own, and each publishes its own notice. A corporate website and a chat server have almost nothing in common in what they collect, and a single document stretched over both would end up accurate about neither:
- OpenChime Privacy Notice — the hosted service and the apps
1. This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts or fonts, and carries no forms. It is text and images served over HTTPS from one server. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why you were not asked to.
Our web server is configured to write no access logs at all. It does not record your IP address, which browser you used, or which pages you asked for. Our hosting provider carries the network connection and, as any provider must, handles request metadata including IP addresses in order to route traffic and keep its platform running. We do not use that data to identify visitors, and we do not combine it with anything else.
2. If you write to us
We receive your message and the address you sent it from, because that is how email works. We use it to reply, and we keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful to have. We do not add you to a mailing list, and there is no mailing list to add you to.
3. Business contacts
In the ordinary course of business we hold contact details for suppliers, advisers and counterparties — names, work email addresses, phone numbers. We hold them to conduct the relationship, and we keep them for as long as the relationship lasts, plus any period a law requires.
4. What we never do
- We do not sell or share personal data, for advertising or for anything else.
- We do not engage in cross-context behavioural advertising.
- We do not profile people, and we make no automated decisions about them.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and under comparable laws in other US states. We will not treat you any differently for exercising one.
Write to legal@bronzeventure.com and we will answer within the period the applicable law allows.
6. Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
7. Where we operate
Bronze Venture LLC is a Florida company and does business only with United States entities. We do not market or sell to anyone outside the country, and the data described above is held in the United States.
8. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will change the effective date at the top. We will not apply a materially less protective version retroactively to data we already hold.
9. Contact
Bronze Venture LLC is the data controller for the processing described here.
