Effective September 1, 2026.

These terms govern your use of this website and nothing else.

Buying, installing or running one of our products is governed by that product's own agreement, not by this page:

• The OpenChime software is open source, licensed on the terms in its own repository.
• The OpenChime hosted service is governed by the OpenChime Terms of Service.
• Apps installed from the Microsoft Store, the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store's terms, which you accepted with the store.

1. The site is informational

This website exists to say who we are and how to reach us. Nothing on it is an offer, a commitment, financial advice, or an invitation to invest.

2. Who we do business with

Bronze Venture LLC does business only with United States entities. Our products and services are offered in the United States and are not directed at anyone outside it. Nothing on this site is an offer to anyone we may not lawfully transact with.

3. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not probe or attempt to breach its security, do not use it to distribute malware, and do not scrape it hard enough to degrade it for anyone else. Reading it, linking to it, and quoting it with attribution are all fine and need no permission from us.

4. Intellectual property

The name Bronze Venture, the name OpenChime, our logos, and the text and design of this site are ours. You may quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not present our marks as your own, or imply an endorsement or an affiliation we have not given.

Our open-source software is a separate matter, licensed on its own terms in its own repository. Nothing on this page restricts a right that licence grants you.

5. Links out

Where we link to somebody else's site we do it for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for them.

6. No warranty

This site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, or that its contents are complete, current or free of error. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bronze Venture LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of this website. Our total liability arising out of this website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and the revised terms apply from the date they are posted.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of this website, and you consent to that venue.
